Cucumber Salad
A salty and lightly spicy snack.
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- Servings: 3 Cucumbers
Ingredients
- 3 Japanese Cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2.5 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1.5 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 Tsp MSG
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Gochugaru
- 1/2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
Recipe
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and place the slices in a bowl. Pour the 1 Tbsp. of salt over the cucumbers and mix. Let the cucumbers and salt sit for five minutes.
- After 5 minutes, rise the salt off of the cucumbers. Put all of the ingredients in the bowl with the cucumbers, mix, and they're ready to eat.
